This is a 1924 first edition of “Ohio in the Rainbow: Official Story of the 166th Infantry, 42nd Division, in the World War” written by R.M. Cheseldine. Estate sale. Original owner was a soldier in the Rainbow Division.
Covers show some wear, most visibly to corners. Boards have a slight warp. Some mottled yellowing and penciled price inside cover. Small tear and residue to last page of volume 2 is, likely, evidence of the missing folded map. Bindings are sound and free from cracks. Pages are surprisingly crisp, free from marks. Decent readable examples of the original printing. As pictured, prompt shipping (priority with signature confirmation) carefully packed.
